AI visibility for Bosch Mobility: a proof of value
Follow-up to Aug 13. Two content slides: the why (business impact for BBM), then the proof of value. The motif on the right: an AI answer recommends three positions, Bosch holds position 1.
To convince on the why
“You do that as well? I was not aware.”
Felix on Aug 13: the executable plan is easy, the hard part is convincing people that increased AI appearance has value. This slide is that argument, in the order a P&L owner hears it. The headline is André's own customer quote.
To select an area of interest
Three weeks, one measurable argument, one decision.
1 · Scope, defined together
SDV and automotive software. Bosch Mobility against a peer set to agree on; our proposal: Continental, ZF, Cariad, Nvidia, Qualcomm. Three model families, English and German, plus an English-India cut.
2 · Deliverables, within three weeks
- Visibility heatmap per model, language, and question context
- Maturity audit against the GEO tactics framework
- Traffic-shift analysis from Bosch web analytics
- Top 5 measures, each with an owner
- A management readout for the P&L level
First numbers within days; the measurement infrastructure exists.
3 · Decision, one gate
Go or no-go on roadmap and iterative execution. The readout stands on its own either way. Contracted with gainn.studio GmbH, sized to stay below purchasing thresholds.
Peer set and geographic cut are deliberately open, that is Thursday's discussion. No prices in the document; effort is discussed in person. Web analytics access is requested as Bosch contribution but never a blocker.
What a go means
The project runs the same loop, at scale.
Phase 1 · Baseline
Largely delivered by the proof of value: channels, thought leaders, and content mapped; visibility and maturity measured across models, languages, and markets.
Phase 2 · Measures and roadmap
From the measurements we derive concrete measures, prioritized by impact and effort. The result is a roadmap across owned and earned channels, with the Bosch owners on board, communications and marketing included.
Phase 3 · Execution and re-measurement
Continuous work in iterations: implement measures, re-measure against the baseline, refine. The change in visibility becomes reportable, iteration by iteration.
Bosch knows this phase model from the August meeting; this slide shows where the proof of value sits in it. Sizing of the iterations is settled after the baseline, not in this document.
Let’s talk.
